We charge for the day of arrival and day of collection. Your cat's suite will be available from 08:30 am on your day of arrival and until 16:30 on the day of departure. Any later you may be charged for an extra day.
If pets are not collected within 14 days of the date on which they are due to leave the Cattery and we receive no communication from the owner. A decision to rehome the pet will be taken at the Cattery owners’ discretion.
All prices are including cat food, unless your cat has any special dietary requirements.
We require a deposit upon booking, £25 for each week booked or £10 for other short stays. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer. We reserve the right to amend our pricing when necessary.
All pets and clients' details are logged and we will need to know any special needs, vet details, medication and dietary requirements.
All cats must be fully vaccinated and hold a valid certificate that must be presented on arrival as a condition of residence. Your cat is covered by our pet insurance whilst in our care up to our policy maximum. Our insurance only covers illness that has occurred at Arraslea Cattery.
Everything your cat requires for their stay here is provided. We have bedding, food dishes and toys. You are welcome to bring along your own cat's belongings if you like.
We are open between the below hours:
Monday to Saturday 08:30 - 10:00 & 16:00-18:00.
We are closed on Sundays.
Cats cannot arrive or depart on a Sunday.
